Flavius brings over a decade of experience in scaling fast-growing businesses. His talents range from building and managing maintenance programs; designing operationally effective high end coffee bars and optimising bar workflows, increasing productivity and simultaneously product quality and consistency. Flavius played a pivotal role in expanding Watchhouse from just 3 to 20 locations in only three years, ensuring every aspect of the business ran smoothly and efficiently.

Ryan has been at the heart of coffee operations as the Head of Coffee at Watchhouse. He's responsible for opening the Watchhouse Roastery back in 2020 developing coffee buying programs, and perfecting roasting profiles. Ryan played a key role in putting the WatchHouse brand where it is today, from cafe generalist to one of Europes most recognised high end specialty bars, Ryan has an ability to make transformative decisions for any aspirational coffee business.
Ryan’s expertise as a certified SCA Q grader and Q-Processor has been instrumental in maintaining quality and consistency, contributing significantly to the rapid growth of Watchhouse.
